EDUCATION IS INHERENT _ OWN IT
A few facts from Cameroon Education - it's not given us the best pro-active standards -did not teach us to question authority - taught us respect of elderly and stature instead of mutual understanding - taught us to take any treatment and not show weakness in the name of respect As terrible as all that may end up looking - the fact is, on the surface you may struggle but overall you are basically always overqualified. Never underestimate the power of education Be educated - do not give up - Ever

Please read and make an educative decision…
As a mother of two adorable daughters with Afro manes full thick & rich – managing their fro is top priority and one of the most draining tasks every fortnight. The routine is conditioning , washing and blow-drying and braiding and the salon for me is a very last option – after reading the below facts from the black doctor site – I am biting my nails thinking am I doomed now? what have I used – what can I do going forward- what should I avoid and how accurate is this study – follow the link , make up your minds – but we should definitely put health first before beauty.
My first reaction is to find home natural remedies for detangling and moisturising – as for relaxers, I am bent to leave that till they are both 18 – if I have to bribe my way through that I will.
According to the reports from the BLACK DOCTOR
Girls who reported using chemical hair oils and hair perms were 1.4 times more likely to experience early puberty after adjusting for race, ethnicity, and year of birth. In addition, other studies have linked early puberty to hair detangler use by Black girls.
In one of the studies African American girls as young as two years old started showing signs of puberty after using products containing animal placenta found in many detanglers and conditioners.”
While fibroids can be genetic, studies have shown that uterine fibroids are linked to hair relaxers, a popular choice for many Black women.
A recent study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology determined that the use of hair relaxers is linked to uterine fibroids in Black women and girls, something that is estimated to affect 80% of Black women over their lifetime. The study, which interviewed more than 23,000 premenopausal African American women from 1997 to 2009, found two- to-three times higher rates of fibroids among Black women.”
“If we can get past the price part we can get the right products to make our hair healthy. We need to worry about the style last.”
All kinds of sickness will ruin sex for us oh!
HPV (click on the abbreviation to see more about the virus) changes in the cells it infects, can lead to cancer if those cells are in moist membranes such as the vagina, cervix, anus or mouth.
Half a million people a year are diagnosed worldwide with oral and throat cancer – 7,000 in the UK – with twice as many men as women. That’s because oral sex on a woman is more risky than it is on a man.
Each year 150,000 people die of it – 2,000 in the UK.
Film star Michael Douglas was diagnosed with tongue cancer in 2013 and he famously seemed to suggest it was brought on by HPV infection contracted through cunnilingus – A comment that later bit him in the ass as his wife was apparently not smiling after that interview.HPV now accounts for more head and neck cancers than tobacco or alcohol. Occasionally, however, the virus takes hold and cancer is the result. The most dangerous strains of HPV are 16 and 18, which cause up to 95% of cervical cancers and are now being linked to oral cancer.

The mouth is structurally very similar to the vagina and cervix, lined by cells that are the target of HPV 16 and 18.
Men, even though women are bent on this cunnilingus thing – please HPV is not written on the forehead like many STD’s & STI’s please be very cautious – stop sucking tinzzzzzzz! 😳
The 61-year-old supermodel famous for her quirky brash and no boundaries personality who was on the Botch Show getting doctors to fix her breast and has hundreds of plastic surgery under her belt break down in an interview with Mail online. She is positive she will beat the cancer but her video brings out that side of her you may have never imagined she possessed!
Some facts about the kind of cancer she was diagnosed with
- Ductal carcinoma in situ is the most common form of non-invasive breast cancer.
- Ductal means the disease originates inside the milk ducts, while carcinoma refers to any cancer than begins in the skin or other tissues.
- Meanwhile, in situ indicates the cancer has not spread, and instead remains in its original place.
- DCIS, as it is more commonly known, is not considered a life-threatening form of the disease, but being diagnosed with the condition can increase a woman’s chances of later developing more serious ‘invasive’ forms of the disease.
- The American Cancer Society estimates about 60,000 cases of DCIS are diagnosed in the US each year.
- The number of cases is on the rise, as people live longer lives, and more women attend regular mammogram screenings.
- DCIS generally has no signs or symptoms, though some women may notice a lump in the breast or discharge from their nipple.
- The National Cancer Institute says 80% of DCIS cases are found by mammography.
- Typical treatment for DCIS is a lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy, though in some cases women will be advised to undergo a mastectomy.
- Chemotherapy is generally not needed, because DCIS is a form of cancer that has not spread, so there is no need to target cells that may have traveled to other parts of the body.

It is that time of the year when 99% of people you speak to about a new years resolution reverts and revolves around one thing 🚩🚩FITNESS 🚩🚩✔ so I have taken out time to bring you the best ways to possibly start that journey before dishing out money to a gym or fitness instructor – Eating for better health is a goal we all aim to achieve bu7t boy it’s hard work!
Keep a food journal.
When you’re working toward better health and weight loss, it’s important to know what you’re putting into your body– Keep track of what you are eating, it is very helpful especially with African dishes where you cannot tell the calorie intake. Knowing what you ate and how much of it makes it easier to control and grudge yourself to be discipline and better.
1 garri , fufu, cocoyams, palm oil, plantains all of these are very high in calorie and cholesterol so watch out for how much you consumed over the holidays and tone that down!
Eat more carbs from fruits and vegetables.
Crowd out the processed carbohydrates you eat with more fruits and veggies. Whole foods are more nutrient dense than processed foods– and whole food carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables are more nutritious than processed carbs like bread and pasta. With any type of food, a good rule of thumb is: the darker in color, the more nutrient dense.
Eat more protein from whole food sources.
When working toward better health and weight loss, it’s important to EAT your food– rather than drink your food. Eating involves chewing, and chewing is one of the key things that primes your body for digestion– AND to know when it’s full.
Chewing your food helps get you in tune with your inner body cues, which is the most important part of eating for better health and for weight loss. All those who swallow garri and fufu to the point where their eyeballs pop out and almost suffocate their breathing passages beware !!
Don’t be afraid of high quality, healthy fats.
High-quality fats are some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. AND they are an integral part of eating for health and for weight loss. Fats are what help you feel satisfied and they help you absorb the nutrition from your food. It’s important to include healthy fats at all of your meals– this means a little olive oil or avocado on your salads, some nut butter on that banana and eating various fattier cuts of meat. Know the difference between your butter and your Margarine – make sure you are eating butter other spreads and Margarines are unhealthy options!
Drink more water and less alcohol.
When working toward better health and weight loss, it’s important to make sure that you’re hydrated. This means drinking more water. It’s also important, however, to make sure that you have a good balance of electrolytes– The crates of alcohol consumed in Cameroon over Christmas was up to 2million from statistics – OMG seriously guys get on top of it – you all move over to the detox lab _ NO MORE ALCHOHOL PLEASE
JUST WORK OUT
-Take the stairs
-Walk short distances
-Attend gym classes as seeing others workout can motivate you
-Walk instead of driving
Every little helps!
Listen to your body.
FACT _ no one has a rule book for how you can lose the weight. I don’t. Only you do. So make sure to listen to your body and be aware of what it’s telling you. Listening to your inner body cues is the only way you’re going to know if something is working for you or not– so stay aware of your energy levels, your hunger, your satisfaction with meals and your cravings. All of these pieces will help you figure out what the best way of eating is for YOU.
Ayurveda & PurfectEscape have spoken – It’s for you to decide between a sexy banging bosy and a pot belly unhealthy body? I chose the former 😛
Does this face look like we are laughing with the world _ before these drugs women have been classified as all kinds of sex things so news of a drug like this makes it impossible for us to be happy. Happy for what we are tempted to ask? that someone remembered our dry and dusted libido’s 10 decades later?
If you ask me women get along pretty well with faking ooohs and aaaahhhhhs when the reason is evident, but sincerely if men can get their way with being high like kytes as and when they desire _ hell yes bring the pill please!
What is your take, imagine a man on Viagra and a woman on FLIBANSERIN??? Just the name _ the woman may just kill the man, let’s pretend we didn’t hear this news !
NPR reports below
The Food and Drug Administration approved the first drug designed to increase a woman’s libido.
The controversial decision was hailed by some doctors and advocates as a long-sought victory for women’s health, but was condemned by others as irresponsible and dangerous.
The little pink pill, known generically as flibanserin, will be sold under the brand name Addyi beginning Oct. 17, according to its maker, Sprout Pharmaceuticals. The medicine is to be taken daily to treat premenopausal women suffering from hypoactive sexual desire disorder, which is essentially a sudden, unexplained loss of any desire to have sex.
“Addyi is a game changer, in my opinion, for women’s health,” said Cynthia Whitehead, Sprout’s CEO. “For decades, millions of women have been waiting for a medical solution to restore their sexual desire. And I’m thrilled that today the decision is finally being turned over to women and their health care providers regarding their sexual health.”
The pill has long history of controversy. The company and its supporters had essentially accused the FDA of being sexist for rejecting the drug twice before while approving Viagra and other drugs to help men with their sexual problems.
“For far too long we’ve reduced all things in the bedroom for men to biology, as witnessed by countless treatment options, and we’ve reduced all things for women to psychology,” Whitehead says.
This will leave everyone speechless! he lost his skin in a fire incident trying to save people, but ended up completely burnt! See how much work the doctors have done and how successful they have been ! This is amazing!
